REFUNDS
OUR POLICY LASTS 14 DAYS. IF 14 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT OFFER YOU A REFUND.

SEVERAL TYPES OF GOODS ARE EXEMPT FROM BEING RETURNED OR REFUNDED. PERISHABLE GOODS SUCH AS FRUIT AND VEGETABLES,  FLOWERS, NEWSPAPERS OR MAGAZINES CANNOT BE RETURNED. WE ALSO DO NOT ACCEPT PRODUCTS THAT ARE INTIMATE OR SANITARY GOODS, HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, OR FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS OR GASES.

ADDITIONAL NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
GIFT CARDS AND SOME HEALTH AND PERSONAL CARE ITEMS.

PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DETAILS AND A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE AND PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES OF WHAT YOUR CONCERN IS ABOUT. 

ONCE WE HAVE DISCUSSED THE SITUATION WITH YOU, IF IT IS DEEMED REASONABLE, WE WILL PROCESS A REFUND TO THE CARD WHICH WAS USED TO PROCESS THE ORDER.

IN SOME CASES, AT TIME OF PACKING YOUR ORDER, PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE. IN THIS CASE, WE WILL MAKE NOTE OF THIS ON YOUR INVOICE AND PROCESS A REFUND FOR THE MISSING ITEMS, TO THE CARD WHICH PAID FOR THE ORDER ONLINE.
